About The Position
Located just minutes from the heart of North Conway—but tucked into the secluded beauty of the White Mountains—the White Mountain Hotel & Resort is a luxury retreat unlike any other. We’re looking for dependable, detail-obsessed Housekeepers to help us deliver the pristine, welcoming spaces our guests remember long after check-out.
Requirements
- Housekeeping experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Friendly, team-first attitude
- Availability for weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift (up to 25 lbs.), and move throughout your shift
Responsibilities
- Make guest rooms sparkle: beds made, bathrooms gleaming, surfaces dust-free, and carpets fresh
- Maintain common areas—like lobbies, hallways, and event spaces—to the same high standards
- Restock essentials like towels, toiletries, and amenities
- Report any damage, maintenance needs, or lost-and-found items
- Work closely with your fellow housekeeping team to ensure rooms are turned over on time
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to protect guests and staff
