Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to walk the property and work outdoors as needed
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working around cleaning supplies, equipment, and related environmental elements
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused

Nice To Haves

• Housekeeping or custodial experience preferred (multifamily, hotel, or commercial a plus)

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare vacant apartment homes for new move-ins
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, offices, and amenity spaces
• Restock and manage custodial supplies and cleaning equipment
• Maintain tools, equipment, and assigned work areas
• Provide prompt, professional service to residents and onsite staff
• Follow all OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing safety guidelines and procedures
