About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety throughout designated areas of the facility, including resident rooms and common areas. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, a commitment to quality and customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Experience with cleaning and a keen eye for detail are essential. This position also involves the removal of trash and soiled linens, and requires the ability to lift up to fifty pounds. Additionally, the role involves learning to operate commercial laundry equipment.

Requirements

• Experienced at cleaning with a keen eye for details
• Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds
• Must be able to work as a team member
• Solid work ethic, with initiative for quality and customer service
• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
• Must be Reliable and Keep to a Schedule
• May Need to Work a Varied Schedule, as requested

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or Commercial Laundry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Healthcare or Commercial Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Perform housekeeping chores in Resident rooms
• Responsible for cleaning common areas of the facility
• Maintains a high level of cleanliness & safety throughout designated areas
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and in working condition at all times
• Removal of trash & soiled linens
• Ability to learn how to operate commercial laundry equipment
