HOUSEKEEPER (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
Crothall Healthcare is hiring full-time and part-time Housekeepers at HSHS Saint Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls, Wisconsin. The role performs light cleaning duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment, including cleaning rooms and halls, replenishing linens, making beds, and vacuuming. No prior experience is required; training is available. The position requires bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Schedules are Monday through Friday, with hours that may vary. Rotating weekends and holidays are required. Pay ranges from $16.22 to $17.00 per hour. Shift differentials are available: $1.50 per hour for second shift, $2.00 per hour for third shift, and $1.00 per hour for weekend shifts. On-site parking is available. Requirements
- No prior experience is required; willingness to train.
- Able to perform duties involving bending, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service with one-on-one attention to detail.
- Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
- Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery.
- Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
- Clean metal fixtures and fittings.
- Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.
- Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
- Wipe down glass surfaces.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Realign furniture and amenities according to the prescribed layout.
- Respond to guest queries and requests.
- Respond to housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glasses.
- Contribute to team efforts and act professionally with customers, fellow associates, and others.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
