About The Position
As a Housekeeper for our hotels, you’ll play an important role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Applicants for this position will be considered for one of five locations: TownePlace Suites - Chatham Parkway, Holiday Inn Express - Port Wentworth, Hyatt Place - Savannah Airport, SpringHill Suites - Richmond Hill, Holiday Inn Express - Chatham Parkway.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards
- Make beds, replace linens, dust, vacuum, and restock room supplies
- Ensure guest rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained
- Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
- Follow proper cleaning and safety procedures
- Work closely with the housekeeping team and other hotel departments
