Requirements

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Compliance with Westgate Resorts’ Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace policy (applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered, except where prohibited by law)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality service
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
