There is strong earning potential with W2 COMMISSION / Average $17–$23/hour + tips, performance-based pay, bonuses, and referral incentives. We also provide mileage reimbursement and benefits options including dental, vision, and Teledoc. After your first year, you'll receive paid vacation. You'll also help support cancer patients through Cleaning for a Reason. You’ll work in a two-person team cleaning homes using our proven systems and supplies. Your role includes cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces, disinfecting surfaces, maintaining high standards, providing friendly, professional service to customers, traveling to homes, handling equipment responsibly, and working closely with your teammate to get the job done right. No prior cleaning experience is needed as we provide step-by-step training.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older
Availability Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM or until finished)
Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance
Ability to communicate in English
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
