About The Position

Warm Hearth is looking for a customer service-oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department at the Showalter Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of “Fostering a person-centered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.”

Requirements

• Able to work in a team setting and independently as well
• Lifting 25lbs

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
• Keep common areas and resident rooms clean and neat
• Assist in laundry ensuring proper washing, folding, and storage
• Ensuring proper infection control at all times
• Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
