About The Position

Warm Hearth Village is searching for dedicated Full-Time Dining Server to become part of the team at the Showalter Center. This position can be a stepping stone to further career opportunities throughout Warm Hearth Village and the wider healthcare field. This is a great way to get your foot in the door in dining services and at Warm Hearth Village.

Requirements

• Be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
• Ability to walk and stand for the majority of each shift
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail
• Desire to work as a part of a team

Nice To Haves

• No previous experience in food service is required

Responsibilities

• Greet residents upon arrival and serve them in a timely manner
• Assure dining room is cleaned and stocked
• Wash and sanitize dishes and equipment
• Handle food in a safe and sanitary manner according to local and state guidelines
• Communicate suggestions from residents to managers
• Assist in meal preparation
• Attend in-service trainings and department meetings
