Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Dependable, punctual, and compassionate with a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Clean resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned spaces.
- Clean and disinfect windowsills, furnishings, floors, equipment, and high-touch surfaces using approved cleaning solutions and disinfectants.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Clean, disinfect, and polish sinks, tubs, mirrors, toilets, and other restroom fixtures.
- Restock soap, towels, tissues, cups, and other disposable supplies.
- Arrange furniture and equipment to maintain an attractive appearance.
- Rotate through designated work areas as assigned.
- Assist in the laundry department or other housekeeping-related duties as needed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when assisting at the front desk during meal and break coverage by answering phones and welcoming residents, families, and visitors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
