About The Position

Concord Hospitality is hiring part-time Housekeepers for the Courtyard Reading. The Housekeeper cleans and services assigned guest rooms in a timely, organized manner while following hotel procedures and standards. The role also involves keeping a neat, well-stocked linen cart, reporting room issues and lost-and-found items, maintaining the security of issued equipment and supplies, and responding to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Clean and service assigned guest rooms promptly and in an organized manner, following hotel procedures and standards.
Keep the linen cart neat, organized, and well stocked.
Report guest-room areas needing attention, including fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC.
Maintain the security of issued equipment, keys, and supplies.
Report lost-and-found articles to a supervisor.
Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
