About The Position

Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper for Day Shift. Alpine Springs Rehabilitation and Recovery is a drug and alcohol recovery center located in Greenville and Linesville, PA, offering individualized treatment using evidence-based practices. The facility is open 24/7 to meet client needs. We are looking for candidates who are empathetic, passionate about helping others, people-focused, team-oriented, flexible, possess good interpersonal skills, and can multi-task. Alpine Springs provides the necessary tools and training for success, whether you are a seasoned professional or looking to grow with the company. The Housekeeper ensures the cleanliness of the facilities and meets standards according to Alpine Springs policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulations, the PA Health Department, DDAP, and CARF.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols and products.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to plan, organize and cleaning schedule.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Able to communicate respectfully with clients, staff and visitors.
• Able to maintain professional and appropriate relationships with clients and their families.
• Ability to lift over 40 pounds.
• Able to read, write and follow verbal and written directions in English.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Flexibility (facility is open 24/7).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in cleaning is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but will train).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.
• Maintain personal health and hygiene practices when cleaning (e.g. use of gloves and proper hand washing techniques.)
• Report all incidents including potential incidents of abuse or neglect immediately to direct supervisor.
• Observe, respond to and report potential hazards which may result in an accident or injury to a client, staff or others
• Protect client rights and apply the principles of client privacy and confidentiality to all practices
• Meet all standards for the PA health Department, Alpine Springs Linesville, LLC and CARF standards for safety.
• Travel between Greenville and the Linesville location will be required.
• Any duties as assigned dictated by the needs of the business.
