Responsibilities

Clean, disinfect, and maintain resident apartments, restrooms, offices, and common areas
Sweep, mop, scrub, and polish floors
Remove trash and debris
Dust furniture and fixtures
Clean and disinfect bathrooms
Replenish supplies
Maintain safe and sanitary conditions
Follow cleaning schedules
Interact professionally with residents and staff
Report maintenance issues
Monitor supply inventory
Follow safety procedures and PPE
Complete work within timeframes
