Beztak Senior Living is seeking to hire a Housekeeper to join their team. This position is responsible for cleanliness in all aspects of the community, including resident units and common areas. The role focuses on providing a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community, assisting with tasks to provide high levels of resident satisfaction, and ensuring proper use and care of all equipment. The Housekeeper must be able to identify and correct or report safety hazards and report supply and equipment needs to their supervisor. The role may involve working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and exhibiting effective interpersonal skills. Additionally, the position may require operating a company or personal vehicle to perform job duties.
