Housekeeper - Campground (Part-time)
About The Position
The Housekeeper keeps guest rooms, cabins, cottage rentals, common areas, and bathhouses clean, inspected, and guest-ready according to resort and property standards. Duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, changing linens, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning kitchen fixtures and appliances, removing trash, vacuuming, and other floor care. The role also provides laundry support, assists guests with requests, collaborates with other departments, maintains a clean and orderly property, follows health and safety practices, and performs other assigned duties. Regular and reliable attendance is expected. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial housekeeping experience; hospitality-setting experience is preferred.
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, or balance.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move 25–50 pounds.
- Ability to talk, listen, and provide excellent guest service.
- Close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, cabins, cottage rentals, communal areas, and bathhouses.
- Dust, polish, change linens, clean and sanitize bathrooms, clean kitchen fixtures and appliances, remove trash, vacuum, and clean floors.
- Strip and make beds.
- Ensure rooms and rentals exceed standards and are in working order before guest arrival.
- Wash, dry, fold, and sort laundry at the property as appropriate.
- Respond to guest queries and requests with excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with guest service, housekeeping, groundskeeping, and other departments to achieve guest, company, and departmental goals.
- Keep the property clean, orderly, well-manicured, and guest-ready.
- Follow health and safety rules and company practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
