Requirements
- Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Westgate Resorts is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
- Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
- Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
- Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
- Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
- Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
