We are hiring industrial cleaners to work with us in a top-tier fulfillment center, full of excellent amenities, well-designed spaces, and an unparalleled work environment. Day Shift Schedule: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Enjoy a four-day workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Night Shift Schedule: 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM Enjoy a four-night workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). Flexibility to work either day is a plus! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, restroom, breakroom, refrigerator, office, training room, security, prayer room, momma pods, closet cleaning, water cooler, and other duties as assigned. Candidates and associates should be aware that general warehouse duties such as trash removal, tote cleaning, and cleaning stations will be determined based on business needs. Outdoor Responsibilities (Rotational Schedule) This role includes scheduled outdoor duties on a rotating basis. Responsibilities involve maintaining cleanliness in employee parking areas as well as the designated semi-truck yard. Tasks include collecting and disposing of trash and debris to ensure a safe and orderly environment. Work in the yard requires additional attention and physical effort, including walking between parked semi-trailers to remove litter from ground-level areas. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing routine physical activity such as walking, bending, and lifting light to moderate loads.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school graduate or recipient of GED.
Previous janitorial or housekeeping related experience preferred.
We conduct 7-year background check and perform a drug test prior to employment.
You must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Performing routine physical activity such as walking, bending, and lifting light to moderate loads.

Nice To Haves

Flexibility to work either day shift or night shift is a plus.
Flexibility to work either Saturday or Sunday is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cleaning Restrooms and Breakrooms.
Gather and dispose of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins.
Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
Empty all trash cans/receptacles and replace liners to fit.
Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Operates specialized equipment as needed including, but not limited to, augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
Other tasks as assigned.
