About The Position

The Housekeeper Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations and ensuring a high standard of cleanliness within the clinic environment. This role requires a strong understanding of cleaning protocols, particularly in a healthcare setting, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The position involves various physical tasks and requires attention to detail to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

• Minimum high school education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• At least two years in a leadership role in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Word processing software, spreadsheet software, Internet, and database software preferred.
• Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking.
• May need to lift to 40 lbs. without assistance.
• Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to work efficiently under pressure.
