Housekeeper Team Lead
About The Position
Friendship Village is hiring a Housekeeping Team Lead! This role involves building friendships with residents while cleaning their apartments and the community buildings. Responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, and mopping to ensure a clean and inviting living environment for retired seniors. The Team Lead also assists with training new staff, monitoring and adjusting workflows, and supporting the supervisor to ensure daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and residents are satisfied. This position requires providing guidance to co-workers and setting a high standard for housekeeping. Friendship Village is a faith-based, non-profit retirement community offering a fun and energetic environment that cultivates creativity, productivity, and learning. Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, and stretch
- Ability to move equipment such as vacuum cleaner or cart
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
