About The Position

Geronimo Hospitality Group is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant for the Ironworks Hotel Indy. This is a part-time position where you will be a key part of the team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Housekeeper/Room Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces. The Room Attendant/Housekeeper position will come in contact with guests and will need to have positive guest interactions. You play an important role for a unique experience for each of our guests every day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Housekeeping and customer service experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
U.S. Work Authorization

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
Review daily inventory of rooms, arrivals, and departures.
Review daily inventory of supplies needed to complete the assignments for the day.
Cleaning of hotel rooms including dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen area, lobby, and common areas.
Perform quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
Comply with all hotel safety guidelines.
Pick up ground litter around hotel or whatever visible.
May perform similar duties as requested by the team leader.
