About The Position

Simpson Housing is seeking a Housekeeper/Room Attendant for the Icon at Ross Apartment Homes, a premier class A 372-unit mid-rise community located in Dallas, TX. This role is a key member of the property maintenance team and is responsible for performing various cleaning duties to maintain the community's appearance and standards. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
0 to 1 years of practical experience with demonstration of required skills as a housekeeper
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry working as a housekeeper, room attendant, or house attendant is a plus

Responsibilities

Performing vacant cleans as scheduled
Performing cleaning services as scheduled
Maintaining cleanliness of laundry rooms, warehouse, and any additional common areas as directed by Supervisor
Performing cleaning of the office
Reporting service requests needed on apartments
Monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and housewares
Maintaining proper utility settings in vacant units per community standards
Performing all other duties logged on the make ready board
Delivering of envelopes, receipts and special request items as necessary
