About The Position

The Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant maintains the cleanliness of resident apartments and community common areas. The role includes general cleaning, preparing vacant apartments for resident move-ins, and responding promptly to resident and guest needs. The attendant may also be asked to help respond to resident emergencies and is expected to maintain a positive, professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers. This is a full-time position, Sunday through Wednesday. No prior experience is required; training is provided.

• Solve practical problems and handle situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments, hallways, and other common areas.
• Help prepare empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Respond quickly to resident and guest needs and requests.
• May help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward residents, visitors, and coworkers.
