About The Position
We are looking for Part-Time Hotel Housekeepers and Laundry Attendants to join our team at TownePlace Suites Westport, MA. We offer a flexible schedule and a supportive management team. This role involves performing cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining departmental standards. You will also be responsible for responding to guest requests, managing inventory, reporting maintenance needs, and following established policies and procedures.

- Previous housekeeping experience a plus, but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Provides great customer service
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed.
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels, etc.
- Maintains inventory of necessary supplies.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
