Housekeeper | Janitor
About The Position
The Housekeeper or Janitor assists with the overall functions of the housekeeping department and maintains the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The role is offered as a full-time PM schedule or on-call AM schedule. The position is based at a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC), which provides psychosocial rehabilitation programs in a secure residential setting, with a focus on brief lengths of stay. Crestwood describes specialized support programs for clients whose first language is Vietnamese or Spanish, with classes and activities offered in their native languages. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, including criminal history and identity checks.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- One year of experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital is preferred.
- Successful completion of a background investigation, including criminal history and identity checks, is required for employment.
