About The Position
The Housekeeper is responsible for assisting with the overall functions of the housekeeping department and maintaining the facility in a clean and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors. The role is on-call and may cover AM, PM, or NOC schedules. The position is at Idylwood Care Center, where the care model emphasizes individuals’ participation in managing their own care and lives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization techniques is mandatory.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- One year of experience as a housekeeper in a long-term care facility or hospital preferred.
