About The Position

Brick & Bond is hiring a full-time, on-site Housekeeper/Janitor in Casper, Wyoming. Brick & Bond is a Wyoming-based real estate development and property management company and part of the True companies’ family. The role follows cleaning schedules provided by a supervisor and helps maintain the cleanliness, supplies, and security of the building.

Requirements

Previous related work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to use common-sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
Ability to read and interpret English-language safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
English fluency, verbal and written.
Acceptable results from a pre-employment background check, credit check, and drug/alcohol test.

Responsibilities

Clean entryways in their entirety.
Check kitchens for coffee and supplies, restock dispensers, and close kitchens daily.
Review the front office calendar for upcoming meetings and inspect conference rooms for cleanliness and coffee supplies; reinspect and clean after meetings as needed.
Clean, dust, and vacuum offices, conference rooms, entryways, and hallways daily.
Clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in all lavatories daily.
Collect building trash and take it to outdoor containers daily; change liners as needed.
Clean the reception area, including glass, doors, countertops, and furniture, daily.
Operate shampoo/rug and upholstery equipment as necessary; strip and wax floors.
Clean stairwells by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing handrails, and cleaning doors and walls.
Water plants and remove cobwebs and dirt from windows inside and outside.
Clean garbage and weeds from exterior doorways and parking lots.
Confirm the building is secure before leaving for the night by checking for open windows and unsecured doors.
