About The Position

Essential duties: Empty all trash in areas of responsibility. Vacuum all carpeted areas and entryway rugs. Spot clean stains as necessary. Clean all surfaces. Water fountains, windows, doors, wall hangings, etc. Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Report any mechanical failures or damage to maintenance. Qualifications: High school graduate or comparable life experience. Must have general knowledge of proper custodial procedures. Candidates must have: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to work on their feet for several hours at a time.
