About The Position

We are seeking a Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in custodial, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
Experience operating custodial equipment and using cleaning products safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean and organized spaces.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and comfort working with residents, guests, and team members.

Responsibilities

Provide routine and special cleaning services throughout the community to maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas and residential spaces.
Set up and take down meeting rooms and event spaces, including tables, chairs, and equipment for resident and community events.
Operate custodial and floor-care equipment safely and effectively, including carpet cleaning and floor maintenance.
Perform general cleaning tasks such as waste removal, window cleaning, and upkeep of common areas.
Support minor maintenance tasks, follow safety procedures, and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
