About The Position

At Alto Clermont, the company is seeking a Housekeeper who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and comforting home for residents in their Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role directly impacts the daily lives of seniors, helping them feel respected, comfortable, and truly at home. The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to clean vacant apartments for move-in, clean occupied apartments weekly or as scheduled, follow the cleaning schedule for common areas, and ensure the highest degree of cleanliness is always maintained.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in housekeeping within a hotel or senior living environment.
A friendly, dependable team player with a great attitude.
A passion for providing exceptional service and attention to detail.
Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Should be familiar with safe operation of cleaning equipment such as vacuums, spray bottles, and with the safe use of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.
Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy (drug free workplace).

Nice To Haves

Minimum one (1) year housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Clean vacant apartments in preparation for move-in using Company Checklist.
Report any problem areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Clean occupied apartments, respite and guest apartments as scheduled using Company Checklist.
Detail clean halls and other common areas as scheduled or when requested by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure an adequate supply.
Report items needed to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Keep laundry rooms and housekeeping/linen rooms clean and organized.
Clean lint from dryer lint traps daily.
Clean area behind washer & dryer equipment weekly.
