About The Position

We are seeking a seasoned, self-directed, and deeply professional Household Manager with Pet Support for an active couple in Bloomfield Hills. This role is best suited for someone who excels at coordination, oversight, systems, and execution, acting as the operational hub of the household. The ideal candidate will proactively manage projects, vendors, schedules, and household logistics with exceptional attention to detail. This individual should understand the rhythm of a private home, be helpful without being intrusive, and possess a "fix it before they find out" mentality. Flexibility, tech-savviness, organization, and a genuine love for animals are essential. The role involves frequent overnight stays and weekend/holiday availability, with core hours being flexible based on family needs. Established support systems for routine cleaning and meal preparation are in place, so this position focuses on management and oversight rather than direct service provision.
