We are a warm, organized family of four seeking a dependable and professional Household Manager to provide thoughtful behind-the-scenes support and help maintain a smoothly running home. We value discretion, reliability, and someone who can naturally integrate into our household while taking ownership of key responsibilities. With both parents working from home, our family appreciates a calm, structured environment and someone who takes pride in creating order through careful attention to detail. We are looking for a person who can confidently step in, work independently, and help keep the home prepared, organized, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities

Meal prep 3-5 healthy entrees per week plus two snacks, preference for protein-forward meals and unprocessed, whole foods.
Prepare and pack lunch/snack for school, as needed
Manage grocery delivery through Whole Foods/Amazon
Kitchen clean-up and maintenance
Wash, fold, organize, and put away all family laundry (clothing, sheets, towels, etc.)
Maintain tidy and well-stocked laundry areas by communicating supply needs
Maintain household organization systems
Daily resets and prepping home for weekly cleaners
Light tidying, including putting away dishes, wiping down surfaces, refreshing the entryway
Restock pantry, fridge, and household supplies
Collaboratively manage running household supply lists
Breakdown boxes and organize recycling
