Household Manager & Family Assistant

Sage HausBradenton, FL
Onsite

About The Position

We are a family of four living in a warm, well-organized home in Bradenton, Florida. Both parents work from home and keep busy schedules, with one parent traveling regularly. Our household is active, structured, and runs with intention, and as our needs have transitioned, we've realized it's time to bring in dedicated support to help us keep it that way. Our teenage daughter has a full and demanding schedule: two sports teams, a school that's nearly an hour away, and a social life to match. Our son is heading off to college soon, which means we're losing a helpful set of hands at home. We're looking for someone to fill that gap and then some. We have two friendly, well-trained mini golden doodles who are very much part of the family. We value professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. Our home is tidy and organized — and we'd like to keep it that way. We're looking for a long-term relationship built on trust, reliability, and mutual respect. If that sounds like the kind of home you'd love to be part of, we can't wait to meet you.

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
  • Maintain a smoke-free environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver's license required
  • The ideal candidate has a "see it, do it" mindset.
  • You walk in, assess what needs attention, and get to work — without needing to be directed on every task.
  • Three things matter most in this role: reliable support for daughter’s activities, staying on top of the steady flow of mail and packages, and keeping the kitchen clean and reset after meals.
  • You are organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and take pride in doing things correctly the first time.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, provide updates when something needs attention, and know how to work independently.
  • You are warm and personable, but you understand this is a professional position.
  • You keep your personal life separate, respect household boundaries, and bring a calm, efficient energy to everything you do.
  • You are someone who genuinely cares about follow-through.
  • The family describes their ideal candidate as someone who is trustworthy, reliable, discreet, and mature — someone who treats this home with the same level of care and attention they would want in their own.
