Requirements
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation, appearance, and work ethic
- Safety-minded and able to follow and enforce safety protocols
- Previous work as an usher preferred
- Experience working in the service industry a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests in a welcoming manner
- Accurately directing guests to restrooms, concessions areas, and seats
- Scanning admission tickets and passes from guests for each event
- Checking in Will Call, Premium, and VIP guests
- Passing out programs or other event-related materials
- Answering event or facility-related questions
- Assisting security personnel with crowd control
- Ensuring the safety of guests throughout the show or performance
- Maintaining the standards of cleanliness inside the theater and lobby
- Working as a part of a team to ensure the best experience for patrons and artists
- Consistently offering professional, engaging, and friendly service
- Other duties as assigned
