Requirements

Minimum six (6) months house technician experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Collects trash and recycling material from trash rooms and transports it to dumpsters.
Pulls dumpsters to designated pick-up sites.
Maintains tiled floors by dust mopping, damp or wet mopping, scrubbing, spray buffing, top coating, stripping, and refinishing.
Maintains carpet appearance by vacuuming, spotting, and shampooing using dry chemical, bonnet, or extraction methods.
Maintains ceiling and wall light fixtures, replaces burned-out bulbs, and cleans globes and fixtures in public areas, offices, and resident rooms/suites/apartments/villas.
Maintains building entrances and covered walkways as directed.
Empties trash and ash urns.
Dusts window sills and ledges.
Cleans glass entrance doors and tracks.
