About The Position

Team MJV is a Building Service Contractor throughout Indiana and Michigan. Our coaches guide, encourage and teach each team member to effectively execute the scope of work for each customer partner. We pride our Team on being professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. This position is responsible for, but not limited to, improving the overall appearance of a job site, using appropriate equipment and chemicals, along with performing operational maintenance of cleaning and floor care equipment.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with excellent driving record
Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Flexible availability, including weekends
Dependability
Clean drug screen
Detail orientation and passion for providing quality services

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of experience as a floor technician or in a related field
Working knowledge of basic floor care duties and responsibilities
Working knowledge of the proper use and application of floor care products and equipment

Responsibilities

Travel between job sites cleaning and maintaining floors, carpets, and hard surfaces while preserving a safe environment in accordance to Team MJV guidelines and the current OSHA standards and regulations.
Improving the overall appearance of a job site.
Using appropriate equipment and chemicals.
Performing operational maintenance of cleaning and floor care equipment.
