About The Position

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to use their knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the state, university, hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics. The House Supervisor will bring their knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing, prioritize workload/assignments, and utilize strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts. Requirements

Associate's Degree in nursing Required
3 years of acute clinical nursing experience Required
Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin Required
CPR certification Required

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree in nursing Preferred
Previous experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager) Preferred
Adult and Pediatric experience Preferred
ACLS Preferred
PALS Preferred
