Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining and excellent standard of service
Excellent eye for detail and highly organized

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in banquets highly preferred
Prior team leadership highly preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the Banquet Housepersons team while also maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness in all banquet and service areas
Set banquet and meeting spaced per designated plans; ensure banquet event order is adhered to
Maintain space and equipment cleanliness and sanitation standards
Oversee inventory
