About The Position

The House Supervisor RN - Nursing Administration at Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center is responsible for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift. This role focuses on patient and family-centered care and high reliability principles, promoting evidence-based practice amidst changing patient volumes, acuity, and resources. The Supervisor is the primary leader for ensuring effective and efficient patient flow, building collaborative relationships, and utilizing effective communication. They also lead through organizational change and demonstrate a commitment to lifelong learning and contemporary professional nursing standards. Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License Upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire.
• 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning and demonstrate contemporary professional nursing standards and skills.
