About The Position
The Registered Nurse/House Supervisor assumes administrative responsibility for the overall functioning of hospital operations when Department Directors or designees are not on duty. Supervises and coordinates the operations of the organization necessary for the attainment of quality standards. Assures the coordination and delivery of quality patient care and maintains appropriate staffing for all departments in accordance with hospital and nursing standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of approved school of nursing
- BSN required
- A minimum of five years in nursing in an acute care setting is required
- 1-2 years of Management or Supervisory experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP Certifications required
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of Management or Supervisory experience preferred

Benefits
- 10% differential of hourly rate for hours worked
- 10% differential for PM shift
- 17% differential for night shift
