The Hospital Supervisor is accountable for the provision of quality nursing services and coordination of the inter-professional team in a hospital for a defined shift. With a consistent focus on patient and family centered care and high reliability principles, the Supervisor promotes evidence-based practice within a context of constant change in patient volume and acuity, and available resources. Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
