About The Position

The House Supervisor RN organizes and oversees patient care delivery during an assigned shift, ensuring smooth hospital operations by monitoring the environment and allocating resources as needed. This role involves providing input on employee performance, assisting in staff coaching, and maintaining daily staffing and administrative records in compliance with governmental policies and procedures. The supervisor is also responsible for presenting documentation to senior staff and providing direct nursing care to patients as necessary, while maintaining communication with patients and their family members regarding care.

Requirements

• RN license in CA
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience
• One (1) year of leadership experience
