About The Position
Knoxville Center of Behavioral Medicine is seeking a caring and capable House Supervisor to support our nursing team and ensure safe, high-quality care for our patients. This role is for a natural leader with a heart for behavioral health.
Requirements
- RN license (TN) & BLS certification required
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
Nice To Haves
- Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
- Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
- BSN preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and nursing operations during your shift
- Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources
- Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training
- Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance
- Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs
