About The Position

Responsible for providing oversight of facility-wide nursing services during evening, night or weekend shifts, holidays, and other shifts as assigned. In this role, the Clinical Supervisor RN is responsible for reviewing shift reports from preceding shifts to be apprised of activity and issues; makes rounds or collaboratively manages rounds coverage to assure the quality of nursing services on all units. Monitors high risk and complicated cases and institutes appropriate actions when in-the-moment decisions are needed. Reassigning and reallocating nursing resources to meet building needs. Providing significant input into the performance appraisal and competency assessment of nursing staff. Providing effective communication with the Program Director, Nurse Manager, Clinical Administrators, Clinical Educator/Supervisors, Staffing Resources, and other stakeholders. Participating in the development of nursing policies, procedures, standards of practice, and in the planning and evaluation of nursing operations. National Certification in Nursing Required Within 1 Year of Hire. WakeBrook provides innovative solutions to address the mental health issues among adults in our community. Requirements

  • Registered Nurse Required
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required
  • 2 Years Nursing Required
  • 1 Year Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required
  • National Certification in Nursing Required Within 1 Year of Hire
