About The Position

This position is open until 8/15/2026 or until filled. The Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station is a 233-room hotel on the edge of the Union Station neighborhood. Denver is at our doorstep: Union Station, Coors Field, and the Museum of Contemporary Art are all within a half-mile. We are within a mile of Ball Arena events, with city dining all around, including our own Woodie Fisher Kitchen and Bar – the oldest structure remaining in Denver’s iconic Union Station neighborhood.

Requirements

• No formal education needed.
• No experience required.
• Ability to meet appearance standards.
• Ability to communicate with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Walk all assigned floors at the beginning and end of the shift; remove newspapers and room service trays, empty trash receptacles
• Remove trash and/or linens and observe any areas that need immediate cleaning.
• Clean all public areas in the prescribed manner while following safety procedures and regulations to include, but not limited to: hallways, elevators, service areas, stairwells, etc.
• Remove soiled linens, towel, and trash from service areas and take to the proper locations in the prescribed manner.
• Assist room attendants as needed
• Stock linens and supply closets to ensure inventories are on par.
• Report any lost/found items, damages, or merchandise issues to your supervisor or manager.
• Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
