About The Position

We are a busy family of four, soon to be five, and we’re relocating this summer to a new home. Our household currently includes two toddlers, with a newborn on the way, and we’re excited to grow as a family in this next chapter. Between work, school, and the demands of everyday life, our home can sometimes feel like a whirlwind, and we’re looking for a House Manager who can help bring organization and calm to our environment. We truly value a warm, organized, and nurturing atmosphere where everyone feels cared for and supported. As we navigate this busy season of life, we’re seeking someone who can help with the logistics of daily tasks—whether it’s managing household chores, laundry, meal planning and prepping, or supporting our children’s routines and activities. Your help will allow us to focus on what really matters: spending quality time together as a family. We’re looking for a calm presence who can ease the stress of the day-to-day. We are seeking a nurturing, proactive, and highly organized House Manager who has experience managing a busy household and supporting children. You are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, always thinking a few steps ahead, and anticipating the needs of the family. You are self-directed, able to take initiative and act without needing constant guidance, and you possess a natural intuition for what needs to be done. Whether it's meal planning and prep, keeping up with laundry, maintaining daily tidiness, or managing school pickups, you know how to stay on top of the details and ensure everything runs smoothly. Your positive and professional attitude is essential to creating a harmonious atmosphere in our home. You approach every task, big or small, with enthusiasm and care. You’re someone who enjoys organizing, creating systems that make life easier, and pitching in wherever needed to keep things moving. Flexibility is key in this role, as we need someone who can adapt to changes in schedule, stay late when required, and assist with occasional overnight care when the need arises. Above all, you are someone who fosters a sense of calm and stability in the home, making sure that everything is running efficiently so we can focus on more time together as a family.
