About The Position

The House Manager is responsible for maintaining adequate supplies within the Residential Program. They will manage current inventory and place orders for needed supplies at each location. They will stock supplies within each house and communicate with onsite staff about shortages or future needs. They will maintain receipts and manage costs with vendors and internally with the finance team.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of experience with house management duties and/or administrative duties.
  • Must be SERV Safe certified, and maintain certification.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
  • Must have or obtain CPR & First Aid certification before direct patient contact.
  • Must pass background studies issued by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.

Responsibilities

  • Orders necessary house items such as office supplies, chemicals, linens, cleaning products, etc.
  • Works with Residential Treatment Director on tasks and reports related to supply orders and costs.
  • Maintains kitchen equipment, including the functionality and safety of program refrigerators and freezers, according to Department of Health standards.
  • Keeps house supplies at each Residential location organized.
  • Reviews invoices and ensures all products arrive to appropriate locations.
  • Manages invoices and receipts for financial statements and submits information/reports to Accounts Payable as necessary.
  • Completes monthly or as needed inventories of supplies in each location.
  • Establishes and maintains fire drill schedule for each location, in collaboration with Clinical Assistants and other staff members.
  • Monitors and follows up on maintenance requests for the Residential locations.
  • Assists with managing and ordering food supplies for the Residential program in the absence of the Residential Cook, at the direction of the Residential Treatment Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.
