The House Manager (House Supervisor) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assigned residential recovery home and ensuring a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment for program participants. The House Manager provides supervision, mentorship, and accountability to residents while ensuring compliance with program policies, organizational standards, and applicable state regulations. This position plays a critical role in supporting participants in their recovery journey by modeling appropriate behavior, maintaining program structure, and ensuring adherence to house rules and recovery programming requirements. House Managers are expected to reside in the assigned residence during designated overnight supervision hours to ensure participant safety and program accountability.
