Quest Community Development Corporation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strong communities and promoting social equity. They focus on community housing and development to create resilient, thriving neighborhoods, particularly in historically underserved areas of West Atlanta. The Resident House Manager is a vital part of the Supportive Services team, offering peer support and daily oversight to individuals in Quest's housing programs who are experiencing chronic homelessness. This is a live-on-site position, meaning the House Manager resides at the program residence, with housing included as part of the compensation. The role involves fostering a safe, supportive, and recovery-oriented environment to promote resident recovery, housing stability, and independent living. The House Manager acts as a positive role model, using their lived experience and recovery principles to encourage resident engagement in services, treatment, life skills, and community resources. They also reinforce program rules, promote community living, assist with daily operations, and collaborate with the team to help residents achieve long-term recovery and self-sufficiency.
