Provide trauma-informed comprehensive services to transitional housing families. This role involves developing individualized housing and service plans, monitoring participant progress, and serving as a primary contact for housing assistance. The specialist will also develop partnerships with housing and community providers, troubleshoot technical housing issues, and provide information and referrals. Additionally, the role includes ongoing risk assessment, safety planning, transporting participants to appointments, attending conferences, preparing reports, and assisting with program development and research. The specialist will also create and present culturally appropriate educational materials regarding domestic violence.
