House Manager/House Keeper
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Household Manager to help keep our home running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining an organized home, managing daily tasks, and taking initiative. Tentative Schedule: Monday: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM Friday: 10:00-2:00 PM We are looking for someone reliable and proactive who can help create a calm, well-managed home environment.Must have high attention to detail when cleaning and be able to go up and down stairs. Must have CLEANING experience. Looking for someone who is hard working and long term that can maintain the balance as our House Manager.
Requirements
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Takes initiative and can manage tasks independently
- Detail-oriented and efficient
- Comfortable with both routine cleaning and light meal prep
- Must have high attention to detail when cleaning and be able to go up and down stairs.
- Must have CLEANING experience.
- Looking for someone who is hard working and long term that can maintain the balance as our House Manager.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Responsibilities
- Daily household upkeep (laundry, folding, putting away, tidying)
- Kitchen reset and maintenance
- Rotational deep cleaning (bathrooms, floors, bedding, dusting, etc.)
- Changing bedding and towels
- Organizing and maintaining household systems
- Running occasional errands (groceries, returns, etc.)
- Meal planning and preparation for family dinners on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (ready by 5:30 PM)
- Cleaning kitchen after meal prep
